A semi truck hauling concert equipment for the band Metallica was recently involved in a crash in New York, according to reports.

The crash occurred on on Monday, August 7, on northbound I-87 near Lake George, New York.

According to News10, the crash involved a car hauler and a tractor trailer and resulted in multiple secondary crashes.

The truck involved in the crash was later identified as a truck hauling Metallica gear by several outlets that cover heavy metal.

No injuries were reported.

Metallica is still scheduled to appear tonight at the Olympic Stadium in Montreal.
